Refund, Returns & Cancellation   Policy

Effective Date: 28 June 2026

This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which customers (“you”, “your”) may request returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for purchases made from LΛ VIBE (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

1. Legal Framework

This Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

  • Applicable e-commerce regulations

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • An incorrect or wrong item was delivered.

Conditions:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval and successful quality inspection.

    Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed.

  • Product must be returned in original packaging with tags, invoices, and accessories intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-made, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased under clearance or sale (if disclosed)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

  • Size/fit issues or change of mind (unless defect is proven)

Size preference, comfort, or expectation mismatch shall not qualify as a defect.

4. Return Request Process

Required details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video evidence (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

Returns will be approved only after verification.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), return shipping is covered by us.

  • In all other cases, return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit unless caused by our instructions or logistics partner arrangement

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • Bank/payment gateway processing times may vary beyond our control

Refund Conditions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if applicable

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed

9. Lost or Delayed Returns

  • Customers must report return shipment issues within 48 hours of dispatch.

  • We are not liable for returns lost due to incorrect return shipment handling by the customer

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in refunds/returns due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Strikes or logistics disruptions

  • Courier or customs delays

  • Events beyond reasonable control

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated version.
